What is the Handling Fee/Why am I being charged a Handling Fee?
For all orders where the Subtotal is less than $250.00 and/or a customer has yet to spend $5000.00 in the last/current calendar year, an 8% handling fee will be applied. This fee covers the additional expenses related to order fulfillment.
I placed an order today. When will my new items arrive?
Orders shipping via FedEx or UPS ground, will ship from our warehouse within 24-72 business hours of the order being placed, assuming all items are in stock. Orders shipping via LTL carrier will ship from our warehouse within 3-5 business days from the order being placed, assuming all items are in stock and the customer has not chosen a later ship date. Please note that while these shipping times are upheld in over 98% of our orders, from time-to-time, we will see delays based on weather, acts of god, etc. that may cause slight delays. Orders are monitored daily and our goal will always be to fulfill them as quickly as possible.
Why can’t you ship to PO Boxes?
We require a physical address to make a delivery. If your order needs special delivery attention, please contact Customer Service at 855-842-4358 or via email at cs@olliix.com.
I’m not going to be in the delivery location on delivery day. Do I have to sign for my package?
For all FedEx or UPS Ground shipments, orders are usually delivered without a signature unless specifically requested that a signature be required. For LTL shipments, a signature will always be required and someone must be present to accept delivery of all goods.
What are your shipping rates?
There is no flat rate. Shipping costs vary based on item size, weight, and the shipping destination. Depending on these variables, we will determine if your order will ship FedEx or via an LTL carrier. Prepaid shipping is offered.
Do you have a warehouse in the U.S.? If so, where is it located and do you offer drop shipping?
We have warehouses in both Savannah, GA and Woodland, CA, and both offer drop shipping services.
Are you able to use the merchant's packing slip for drop shipping orders?
Certainly! We do not provide packing slips in paper format; however, you can download it from your order page. We can also send it to designated recipients. Your Account Manager can provide further instructions once you are approved as a dealer.
Do you provide tracking once orders are shipped?
Yes, absolutely! As soon as your order ships, you will get an automated email advising you that the order is on its’ way and providing you with detailed tracking information.
